Product Details
Lycopene oil is usually a dark red or dark red oily liquid with high transparency and rich color. It is a colorant favored by many food and cosmetic industries due to its bright color and good stability.
HSF Biotech is the ISO22000 Qualified Manufacturer for Natural Color Products. Our lycopene is obtained from Blakeslea trispora through the fermentation phase using the two sexual mating types of the fungus in specific proportions, and the extraction and recovery phase involving solvent extraction.

Production Process
Strain selection and optimization: HSF screened out Blakeslea trispora strains with pure lycopene production capacity, and further optimized their performance through mutagenesis, genetic engineering and other means to obtain higher yields and more stable fermentation characteristics.
Medium preparation: Design and prepare a medium suitable for the growth of Blakeslea trispora and the synthesis of lycopene. The medium must contain carbon sources, nitrogen sources, inorganic salts and necessary growth factors to support the rapid growth and efficient metabolism of the strain.
Fermentation condition control: During the fermentation process, parameters such as temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen, and stirring speed must be strictly controlled to create the best growth environment and promote the synthesis of lycopene.
Fermentation cycle management: According to the characteristics of the strain and production needs, the fermentation cycle is reasonably set.
Functions
Lycopene, a carotenoid pigment responsible, is renowned for its exceptional antioxidant properties. As a powerful scavenger of free radicals, it offers comprehensive protection against oxidative stress, thereby promoting overall well-being.
Studies suggest that regular consumption of lycopene liquid may support cardiovascular health by maintaining healthy cholesterol levels and promoting proper circulation. Additionally, its anti-inflammatory properties may alleviate symptoms associated with various inflammatory conditions.
Moreover, Lycopene is hailed for its potential in promoting skin health. By neutralizing free radicals generated by UV radiation and environmental pollutants, it helps safeguard the skin from premature aging and damage. Incorporating pure Lycopene into skincare formulations can enhance their efficacy in combating signs of aging and maintaining a youthful complexion.
