Responding to market expectations: HSF’s new fermentation production line was completed and put into operation

Since the launch of HSF Biotech's Fermtek™ fermentation series products, HSF has relied on the R&D and innovation system of science-technology-industrialization to continuously explore and create industrial innovations in synthetic biology and improve the industrialization of DHA. Starting in 2022, HSF has spent 110 million to build a 1,000-ton fermentation production line that can perfectly demonstrate its research and development technology accumulation, and it was fully completed last year.

This is a new DHA production line of HSF Biotech. The equipment installation and pilot work have been completed. It is planned to be fully put into production in June. When the production capacity is reached, the production capacity will exceed 1,200 tons. This new production line is also an important growth point of the company's output value this year. By then, HSF will rely on the two advanced fermentation production bases to carry out the construction of high-yield strains, the development of key fermentation control technologies, and efficient separation technologies, continue to promote the improvement of lipid biomanufacturing engineering technology, and promote the innovation of the global functional lipid biomanufacturing industry. To meet the fermentation needs of more end users, we will fulfill our role as a raw material manufacturer that best understands end users, and build HSF into a leading enterprise in microbial fermentation in Shaanxi Province.
